All the orders placed on www.roviniete.ro will be governed by the vignette distribution agreement. By placing any type of order the user implicitly and explicitly agrees to the terms of the distribution agreement; the placement is certified by an electronic signature (according to the provisions of Law no. 455/2001).

The information provided by the Users will be stored by SCALA ASSISTANCE SRL (Ltd) in electronic form, and will not be provided to any third parties, unless such parties are directly involved in the provision of services specific to the www.roviniete.ro website.
The technical means the service provider makes available to the recipient for the identification and correction of errors that occur while entering data are as follows: e-mail (office @ roviniete . ro) or fax: 004.0264.593.707.
The only language in which an agreement can be concluded is Romanian.

The given terms and conditions are valid and applicable to all the websites created / owned / managed by SCALA ASSISTANCE SRL.
The agreements are subject to the regulations issued by C.N.A.D.N.R., as subsequently amended.

The terms and conditions of use are governed by the Romanian legislation. In case of a dispute, the parties will first try to settle it amiably, within 30 working days from the recording of the complaint. In case agreement cannot be reached within the above-mentioned term, the dispute will be referred to the court of law.
